Easy Pistachio Cake Recipe



  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix


  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (1.3 ounce) envelope dry whipped topping mix (such as Dream Whip)


  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). A fluted tube pan should be greased and floured (such as Bundt).
  • Step 2: In a mixing basin, whisk together the cake mix, vegetable oil, club soda, eggs, and 1 box pistachio pudding mix until smooth; pour into the prepared pan.
  • Step 3: Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Place the cake on a wire rack to cool fully.
  • Step 4: Using an electric mixer on high, beat milk, 1 box pistachio pudding mix, and whipped topping mix in a mixing dish until firm peaks form. Apply a layer of icing on the cake.
