For this, you just need to have on hand a shaker, rum aged in an oak barrel, triple sec, vanilla syrup, and a few coffee beans. Start by crushing the coffee beans in the shaker using a pestle, add the 2 rums, vanilla syrup and then shake. Remember to filter before serving everything in an old-fashioned glass on 3 ice cubes. For the decoration, zest of orange and voila!

You probably know the name if you have made a stay in the United States since this beverage is served in many coffee shops. The concept is quite simple since it is a cold coffee extraction, which requires a long infusion. We, therefore, propose you make the base of the cocktail, namely the cold brew, then how to make a cocktail from this base. Pass your coffee beans to the coffee grinder or in a small blender, infuse this preparation in water, and let marinate for 15 hours at room temperature. After 15 hours, filter everything. Your cold brew is ready. For the cocktail, pour into a shaker the cold brew, add the milk, whiskey, and coffee liqueur. Mix well and serve well chilled with ice cubes.

30 cl whisky

10 cl coffee liqueur

30 cl cold brew

15 cl of milk

A cocktail is a little more classic than the previous two, but we still do not get tired of it! Super simple to prepare, this cocktail is also done in a few minutes, perfect so if you are in a hurry to receive your guests. To make an espresso martini, you will need vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup, and espresso. It’s up to you to dose according to your tastes, but we still give you our little favorite recipe to share our secrets. Directly into the glass, pour the vodka, sugar syrup, and coffee liqueur and add ice cubes. Then pour the espresso into the mixture and serve as such. For the decoration, you can add a little milk foam if you have the material.

8 cl vodka

8 cl coffee liqueur

2 espresso

3 cl sugar syrup

Cafe negroni

The mixture of coffee with the bitterness of negroni, an amazing cocktail yet very famous on the side of the boot. This sweet mixture is prepared directly in the shaker, you will only have to pour the ingredients and mix. A little Campari, a little port, a little espresso, and for the sweet touch, a little chocolate liqueur, some ice cubes and you get a real bartender cocktail. Well come on, this one is the best known, and also one of the most comforting! Irish coffee consists of coffee, cream, sugar, and whiskey, preferably Irish whiskey. Start by lightly heating the whiskey and sugar syrup and then prepare an elongated coffee that you leave aside. Pour the mixture of sugar and alcohol into a glass and then the coffee. In the shaker, mix the liquid cream vigorously for 20 seconds and then place everything on top of the glass. Purists will place a little Liège chocolate cocoa powder on top of the cream, it’s up to you.

20 cl Irish whiskey

6 cl sugar syrup

32 cl of elongated coffee

32 cl liquid cream
