The recipe for bircher muesli golden latte

To start breakfast, there is nothing like a bircher whose preparation is based on the combination of cereals, apples, oilseeds, and other gourmet ingredients such as cottage cheese and blueberries for example. This recipe is so complete that it could almost stand on its own. It can be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. A recipe is also perfect for snacks or desserts.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 120 g organic whole oatmeal
  • 1 large banana or 2 small
  • 12 cl coconut milk
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 12 cl of water
  • 1 granny-smith apple
  • 20 g hazelnut kernels
  • 1 cuil. soup. lemon juice
  • 25 g maple syrup
  • 3 g of organic golden latte spices Cojean

The preparation steps:

  1. Using a mandolin, finely grate the washed apple.
  2. Roast the hazelnuts 10 min at 170 °C and let them cool before crushing them coarsely.
  3. Crush the banana.
  4. Mix hazelnuts, oatmeal, spices, coconut milk, lemon juice, maple syrup and water. Add the apple and banana. Let stand for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

The avocado toast recipe

Cereal bread, aromatic plants, citrus juice, condiment, and avocado. In this list, you will only find ingredients rich in the nutrients necessary in our daily diet (minerals, vitamins, fiber…). Enough to make a good snack in the morning or a great aperitif.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 slices of cereal bread
  • The juice of 1⁄2 lemon
  • 2 cuil. with chiseled coriander soup
  • Fine salt
  • A few drops of Tabasco®
  • 2 mature avocados to the point
  • 2 cuil. gomasio soup

The preparation steps:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the core and remove the flesh.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chiseled coriander, the crushing avocados and the lemon juice. Add tabasco and salt as desired.
  3. Toast the slices of bread and spread avocado mixture generously.
  4. Sprinkle with gomasio.

Tip: To avoid destroying the planet if you become addicted to avocado toast, exchange the avocado for a seasonal and local fruit or vegetable. Pumpkin toast (pumpkin) and fig toast (fig) will become your allies.

The recipe for chai latte

Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, helps digestion, reduces the risk of heart disease and against nausea, chai tea is a spicy drink from India.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 50 cl of water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 30 g fresh ginger
  • 8 g black tea
  • 120 g date syrup
  • 1 whole star anise
  • 5 capsules of cardamom
  • 5 cloves
  • Milk or vegetable milk

The preparation steps:

  1. Open the cardamom capsules and crush them.
  2. Cut the rinsed ginger into pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, put water to boil and add the date syrup and spices to it. Let infuse for 15 min over low heat.
  4. Then turn off the heat and add the black tea. Let it infuse for 10 min.
  5. Filter the preparation to Chinese.
  6. Pour 5 cl of chai syrup into cups of tea.
  7. Heat the chosen milk or vegetable drink and spread through the cups.
