The Blue Christmas recipe

Even if Christmas is over, we love this cocktail recipe with champagne and lychee juice!

The ingredients:

  • champagne
  • lychee juice
  • prosecco
  • blue curacao liqueur

The preparation steps:

  1. Pour into a shaker the lychee juice, ginger liqueur, blue curacao liqueur.
  2. Add 2 ice cubes, shake, strain over 4 champagne glasses and complete with champagne.
  3. Decorate with combava zest, a slice of carambola or a lychee cut in the shape of a flower.

The oyster recipe with champagne and oysters

Ultra-festive, we love this oyster recipe with champagne. Perfect for the New Year!

The ingredients:

  • 4 oysters
  • Champagne blanc de blanc
  • pepper from the mill

The preparation steps:

  1. Prepare a granite of champagne by pouring the champagne into a tray. Take it in the freezer by stirring it with a fork as soon as the ice flakes form. Put flared champagne flutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Open the oysters. Discard the first water. When serving, spread the champagne granite at the bottom of the cold glasses. Place an oyster on top and give a turn of the white pepper mill.
  3. Pour in the white champagne at the last minute. The iodized taste of the oyster is sublimated.

The recipe for gimlet pickles

For vodka lovers, this recipe with lime and pickle puree will give you peps!

The ingredients:

  • 4 cl vodka
  • 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 2 cl squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cl pickle puree

The preparation steps:

  1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the vodka, pickle puree, cane sugar syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  2. Shake everything and strain into a refreshed martini glass.
  3. Garnish with an array of pickles on the edge of the glass.

The ingredients:

  • 3 cl white grape juice
  • 2 cl fresh cucumber juice
  • 1/2 fresh kiwi

The preparation steps:

  1. Make your own cucumber juice in a blender, with water, and filter (1/2 cucumber per 10 cl of water).
  2. Mix the kiwi and the two juices in the blender.
  3. Pour the preparation into a glass. Complete with non-alcoholic beer.

The ingredients:

  • 4 l red grape juice
  • 1 liter of peach nectar
  • 1 bottle of lemon concentrate
  • 1 small bottle of strawberry coulis
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 3 pears
  • 2 peaches
  • 3 brugnons
  • 1 melon

The preparation steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix the fruit juices and syrup.
  2. Wash, peel, and cut the seasonal fruits into small dice and add them to the mixture in a large jar.
  3. Let macerate for 12 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
