No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert Recipe

Easy no-bake summery dessert with a creamy pineapple filling.



  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping
  • 14-16 oz large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut for topping.


  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted


  1. To make the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir in the melted butter until everything is completely combined. In an 8 × 8 or 9 x 9-inch baking pan, press the dough.
  2. Filling: Cream together the softened cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar in a large mixing bowl until completely smooth.
  3. Mix in the whipped topping tub. Fold in the pineapple that has been drained.
  4. Place the filling on top of the crust. Pineapple pieces and coconut are sprinkled on top.
  5. Allow plenty of time to chill—at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
